摘要
徐州市是江苏省重点规划建设的四个特大城市和三大都市圈核心城市之一,也是老工业基地和资源枯竭型城市。2010-2014年,徐州市环境空气质量状况在江苏省排名呈现大幅波动态势,其中2010-2012年分别为第2名、第5名、第8名,2013年为倒数第1名,2014年排名提升至第5名。本文在深入分析徐州市环境空气质量现状、污染物排放情况,以及产业结构、能源消耗、煤炭消耗、区域地理位置等情况的基础上,提出了协同控制、绿色发展、强化基础工作等对策措施,为徐州市改善大气环境质量提供了决策参考。
Xuzhou City is one of the four most planning and construction megacity, as well as one of the three metropolitan core cities, meanwhile an old industrial base, but also a resource-exhausted city. During 2010 to 2014, the ranking of ambient air quality in Xuzhou shows a volatility trend, in 2010-2012, the it was 2nd, 5th and 8th, however in 2013 it fell to the last first, then increased back to 5th in 2014. In this article, based on the analysis of current ambient air quality, pollutant emissions, industrial structure, energy consumption, coal consumption, geographic region and other situation in Xuzhou City, we proposed a series of countermeasures, such as cooperative con-trol, green development and strengthening the basic work, as the decision-making to improve the ambient air quality in Xuzhou City.
