两级混凝沉淀在PCB综合废水处理系统中的应用

摘要 采用两级混凝沉淀作为PCB综合废水处理系统的物化处理工艺,在原水pH 1~5,总铜10~100 mg/L,COD 300~1000mg/L的条件下,出水水质稳定、可靠达到pH 7~8,总铜<0.3mg/L,COD <500mg/L,满足后续生化处理系统进水水质要求。 Two-stage coagulation sedimentation is adopted as the physical and chemical treatment process of PCB integrated wastewater treatment system. Under the conditions of raw water pH 1 ~ 5, total copper 10 ~ 100 mg/L and COD 300 ~ 1000 mg/L, the effluent water quality is stable. Reliable to reach pH 7 ~ 8, total copper <0.3 mg/L, COD <500 mg/L, to meet the requirements of the subsequent biochemical treatment system influent water quality.
