摘要 利用信噪比、变异系数等方式对原子荧光测定水中汞的最佳测试条件进行优化,确定最优的盐酸浓度、硼氢化钾浓度、灯电流、负高压等测量条件,在该测定条件下,本方法的检出限、测定下限、精密度、准确度和加标回收率等指标均达到或优于技术规范的要求,满足测量痕量汞的要求。 The optimal test conditions for the determination of mercury in water by atomic fluorescence are optimized by means of signal-to-noise ratio and coefficient of variation, and the optimal conditions of hydrochloric acid concentration, potassium borohydride concentration, lamp current and negative high pressure are determined. Under the conditions of the measurement, The detection limit, lower limit of determination, precision, accuracy and spiked recovery rate of the method meet or exceed the requirements of technical specifications and meet the requirements for measuring trace mercury.
