本文先对流域生态补偿的含义与意义进行阐述,接着分析流域生态补偿过程中的主体与客体,介绍并分析当前流域生态补偿方式,最后说明流域生态补偿标准与机制,以期确保流域生态补偿过程中的客观性,达到保护流域生态环境的作用。

This paper firstly expounds the meaning and significance of watershed ecological compensation, then analyzes the subject and object in the process of basin ecological compensation, introduces and analyzes the current basin ecological compensation mode, and finally explains the basin ecological compensation standards and mechanisms, in order to ensure the basin ecological compensation. The objectivity in the process achieves the role of protecting the ecological environment of the basin.
