处于新常态背景下,环境监察依然作为环境保护的重要途径与组成部分,是一种有效的环境保护方法,其落实程度将直接关系着环境保护工作的顺利开展。加强环境监测工作,有助于提升环保质量。然而,由于环保监察本身承担着重要的任务与使命,存在着极大的执法难度,所以应该加强相关部门之间的配合,不断优化环境监察队伍的建设与壮大。故此,本文针对环保监察执法中存在的重点与难点展开讨论,并提出相应的解决性策略,希望能够促进环保监测工作的长远发展。

Under the new normal background, environmental monitoring is still an important way and part of environmental protection. It is an effective environmental protection method, and its implementation level will directly affect the smooth development of environmental protection work. Strengthening environmental monitoring will help improve the quality of environmental protection. However, since environmental monitoring itself bears important tasks and missions,there is a great difficulty in law enforcement. Therefore, cooperation between relevant departments should be strengthened to continuously optimize the construction and growth of environmental monitoring teams. Therefore, this paper discusses the key and difficult points in environmental protection supervision and enforcement, and proposes corresponding solutions, hoping to promote the long-term development of environmental monitoring.
