随着社会快速发展中,污染环境问题所带来的矛盾也越来越突出,若要解决好这个方面的问题,重点是要加强相关法律法规的完善。本文主要是根据环境公益诉讼中的现状问题进行分析,并基于此提出相应的解决方法。

With the rapid development of society, the contradictions brought about by environmental pollution problems have become more and more prominent. To solve this problem well, the key point is to strengthen the improvement of relevant laws and regulations. In this paper, the paper mainly analyzes the current situation in environmental public interest litigation, and proposes corresponding solutions based on this.
