摘要 导师制是企业培训员工的一种重要形式,也是人力资源管理研究领域的一个重要课题。但国内对其研究较少,论文是对国外关于其概念、类型、功能、效益、特征及其研究不足等问题的一般概述,以为我们的研究抛砖引玉。
