摘要
目的:建立蒙成药清肺十八味丸的微生物限度检查方法.方法:按照《中国药典》2010年版一部附录ⅩⅢC进行验证和试验,细菌计数采用离心+稀释法,霉菌及酵母菌计数、控制菌计数按常规法进行检查.结论:通过方法学验证试验得出的检查方法可用于蒙成药清肺十八味丸的微生物限度检查.
Objective: To establish the microbial limit for Traditional Mongolian medicine Qingfei-shibawei pills. Methods:According to microbial limit in appendixⅩⅢC of Edition 2010 of Chinese Pharmacopoeia,centrifuge method was used for bacterium count and routine method was used for mold and yeast count and control bacteria count. Conclusion:The method of demonstration test can be used for microbial limit test of the Traditional Mongo-lian medicine Qingfei-shibawei pills.
