MRCP Performance of Common Bile Duct Malignant Obstruction

目的:探讨胆总管恶性梗阻病例的MRCP表现和诊断价值.方法:回顾性分析临床确诊的46例胆总管恶性梗阻病例,均行常规轴位T1WI、T2WI、T2WI(fs)和冠状位T2WI及MRCP扫描,部分病例行动态增强扫描.结果:46例胆总管恶性梗阻患者中,胆总管癌22例,胰头癌11例,Vater壶腹癌8例,十二指肠乳头癌5例.结论:MRCP能清晰显示胆道系统解剖结构,对胆总管恶性梗阻的定位有优势,结合MRI平扫和增强扫描,为胆总管恶性梗阻性疾病提供更全面、更有效的诊断信息.

Objective:To investigate the MRCP performance for common bile duct malignant obstruction and its diag-nostic value. Methods:The data of 46 patients with clinically diagnosed common bile duct malignant obstruction were retrospectively analyzed. They all underwent conventional axial T1WI, T2WI, T2WI (fs) and coronal T2WI and MRCP scanning, some cases underwent dynamic enhanced scan. Results: In 46 patients, 22 cases were common bile duct carcinoma, 11 cases were pancreatic head carcinoma, 8 cases were Vater ampulla carcinoma, and 5 cases were duode-nal papilla carcinoma. Conclusion:MRCP can display biliary anatomy, has the location advantages for common bile duct malignant obstruction;when combined with MRI plain scan and enhanced scan, it can provide more comprehen-sive and more effective diagnostic information for common bile duct malignant obstructive disease.
