医学检验学目前已经成为发展最迅速、应用高精尖技术最集中、临床医学诊疗过程中最不可缺少的学科之一,临床检验质量直接会影响到疾病的诊断、治疗以及愈后的评估,为此要加强临床检验分析前、分析中、分析后全程的标准化、程序化,规范化质量控制,质量控制是科室的生命,是医学实验室管理的重要环节,更是医院管理的重要组成部分,随着医疗高端技术不断应用、更新发展以及循证检验医学在检验日常工作中的广泛应用,经过检验科工作人员和管理人员的不懈努力,临床医学检验质量控制已取得了不凡的成绩,质量控制也愈来愈受到医院及广大患者的重视.现就我院在医学检验工作中质量管理方面的具体操作方法与大家作一些探讨.

Medical laboratory science has become the most rapidly development, the most concentrated of advanced technology, and one of the most indispensable subjects in the process of clinical diagnosis and treatment. Clinical inspection quality will directly affect the disease diagnosis, treatment and prognostic assessment, therefore, we must strengthen the standardization and routinization in the whole process of clinical inspection analysis, and standardize quality control. Quality control is the life of the department, is the important link of medical laboratory management,and is an important part of hospital management. With the constant application, renewal and development of high-end medical technology, and the widely used of evidence-based laboratory medicine in daily testing work, and through the untiring efforts of clinical laboratory personnel and management personnel, the quality control of clinical medical laboratory has made great achievement, and the quality control are also increasingly brought to the attention of the hospital and the patients. This paper discusses the concrete operation methods used in quality management in our medical laboratory work.
