摘要
本文依据健身健美操的创编原则,并结合健身球的特点、要求和中老年人的身心特点,从全面性、针对性、保健性、合理安排动作顺序、多样性和艺术性等方面,论述健身球保健操对老年人身体健康的益处,同时着重阐述健身球保健操的创编方法,旨在促进该项运动合理、健康、可持续发展.
In this paper, based on the principles of fitness aerobics plait, and combine the characteristics of the ball, requirements, and in old people's physical and mental characteristics, from a comprehensive, targeted, health care, reasonable arrangement of action sequence, the diversity and artistic quality, etc., this paper ball exercises for the elderly health benefits, fitness exercises choreographing mainly, at the same time, aimed at promoting the sport is reasonable,healthy and sustainable development.
