摘要
二氧化钛(TiO2)半导体作为光催化材料之一,受到广泛的研究和应用.本文介绍了TiO2光催化剂掺杂改性的研究进展,包括金属离子、非金属以及两种或多种离子共掺杂,掺杂型TiO2可以提高它的光催化活性,掺杂型TiO2光催化剂的制备方法,综述了TiO2掺杂的研究状况.
As one of photocatalytic materials, titanium dioxide(TiO2)semiconductor has been widely studied and ap-plied. Progress modification of photocatalyst TiO2 are introduced, including the metal ions,nonmetal and two or more co-doping. The photocatalytic activity of TiO2 could been increased by doping. The preparations of doped photocata-lyst TiO2 were introduced. The advances of doped TiO2 were summary.
