摘要
宫颈癌是最常见的妇科恶性肿瘤之一,居女性生殖系统恶性肿瘤第二位,仅次于乳腺癌,是威胁全世界女性健康的主要疾病,随着肿瘤分子生物学技术和学科的发展,人们认识到癌症的发生发展是多种基因参与的复杂过程,是一种基因疾病,包括肿瘤的异常激活和肿瘤抑制基因失活.为使宫颈癌和癌前病变得以早期发现和治疗,对宫颈癌相关抑癌基因的国内外研究进展进行综述,为宫颈癌等恶性肿瘤进行基因水平的诊治提供理论依据.
Cervical cancer is one of the most common gynecologic malignancies, next to breast cancer, ranking second in the female reproductive system cancers, and it is a major disease threat to women's health around the world. With the development of tumor molecular biology techniques and disciplines, people realize the occurrence and development of cancer is a complex process that involved a variety of genes. Cervical cancer is a genetic disease, including the abnormal activation of proto-oncogenes and inactivation of tumor suppressor genes. To make cervical cancer and precancerous lesions can be detected and treated early, the cervical cancer research progress about tumor suppressor genes are reviewed in this paper, which provides a theoretical basis in diagnosis and treatment of cervical cancer and other malignant tumors at genetic level.
