尿酸是人体内嘌呤化合物代谢的终产物,近年来高血压病与血尿酸的关系日益受到关注,血尿酸在高血压病的发病及预后过程中起着重要作用,高尿酸血症是导致高血压的危险因素之一.现就高尿酸血症与高血压的流行病学及两者发病机制相互关系进行简单综述.

Uric acid is the end product of purine compounds metabolism in the human body. In recent years, the rela-tionship between hypertension and serum uric acid has aroused more and more concerns, because serum uric acid plays an important role in the pathogenesis and prognosis of hypertension, and hyperuricemia is one of the risk factors lead to high blood pressure. This article simply reviews the epidemiology of hyperuricemia and hypertension, and the interrelationship between their pathogenesis.
