摘要
对蒙药文冠木乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯萃取部分化学成分进行系统研究,采用硅胶柱层析、制备薄层色谱层析、pharmadex LH-20柱层析技术分离,波谱技术结构鉴定.从中鉴定出4个黄酮类单体化合物,分别是:2α,3β-二氢杨梅树皮素(I),槲皮素(II),(-)-表儿茶精(III),(-)-表没食子儿茶精(IV).
The chemical compositions of Lignum Xanthocera Sorbifolia Bunge have been studied systematically. The chromatography of silica gel column, prepared thin layer and pharmadex LH-20 column chromatography were used for separation and wave spectroscopy was used for structure identification. There were 4 monomeric compounds sepa-rated from the ethanol exact of Xanthocera Sorbifolia Bunge, including 2α,3β-dihydromyricetin(Ⅰ), quercetin(Ⅱ), (-)-epicatechin(Ⅲ)and Epigallocatechin(Ⅳ).
