通蓖5号蓖麻籽粒干物质及粗脂肪积累规律研究

Study on the Dry- matter and Oil Accumulation of Tongbi 5 in Castor Beans

以大穗型品种通蓖5号蓖麻为材料,研究了蓖麻籽粒干物质及粗脂肪积累的规律,结果表明,授粉后随着时间的推移,蓖麻籽粒干重积累量动态呈现"慢—快—慢"的生长方式,即符合"S"型曲线生长方式,在35 DAP时百粒干重为26.86g,接近最大值28.80g.籽粒每克干重含油量在50 DAP时达到最大值,籽粒含油率为52.80%.

Contents of dry matter an d oil were measured during seed developing in large-spike type cultivar Tongbi 5. The result showed that the accumulation of dry matter exhibited a changing pattern of S-shape curve. The dry weight is 26.86g per one hundred castor beans at 35 DAP, it's close to the maximum 28.80g. Castor oil content per gram dry weight reached maximum at 50 DAP, the content of oil is 52.80%.
