复方甘草酸苷注射剂治疗小儿过敏性紫癜临床疗效研究

Clinical Research on the Effect of Compound Glycyrrhizin Injection in the Treatment of Pediatric Allergic Purpura

目的:探讨复方甘草酸苷注射剂治疗小儿过敏性紫癜的临床疗效.方法:选取我院2013-01~2014-12过敏性紫癜患儿40例,随机分为治疗组与对照组,各20例.对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上给予复方甘草酸苷注射剂静点,观察治疗前后两组患儿皮肤紫癜消退及反复次数,关节及消化道症状消失时间.结果:治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组,两组总有效率比较差异显著(P<0.05),有统计学意义.结论:复方甘草酸苷注射剂治疗小儿过敏性紫癜可提高治愈率,降低复发率,缩短病程,减轻并发症,值得推广.

Objective:To investigate the clinical curative effect of compound glycyrrhizin injection in the treatment of pediatric allergic purpura. Methods:40 cases of pediatric allergic purpura that were treated in our hospital from Janu-ary 2013 to December 2014 were selected, and they were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group, 20 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional treatment;the treatment group, on the basis of con-ventional treatment, was given compound glycyrrhizin injection by intravenous drip. The skin purpura regression and recurrence number, joints and digestive tract symptoms disappear time, and kidney damage of the two groups were ob-served before and after treatment. Results:The total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group, and there was significant statistical difference(P<0.05). Conclusion:Compound glycyrrhizin injection can improve the cure rate in the treatment of pediatric allergic purpura, decrease the recurrence rate, shorten the course of the disease and reduce complications, so it is worthy of promotion.
