摘要
斑马鱼作为一种新型模式脊椎动物,具有体型小、繁殖快、易管理、养殖成本低、胚胎透明、用药简单等众多优点.鱼的肝脏是极敏感的器官,也是鱼类进行物质代谢的重要枢纽,外源异生物质主要在肝脏中进行生物转化.现就斑马鱼的肝脏毒性相关研究进展进行综述,旨在为研究者使用提供参考.
As a new model of spinal animal, zebrafish has small size, rapid reproduction, easy management, low cultivation cost, transparent embryo, simple way of administration drug and many other advantages. The fish liver is a very important hinge of metabolism and a very sensitive organ, the exogenous xenobiotics are mainly biotransformed by liver. This paper reviews the liver toxicity related studies on zebrafish, aims at providing references for the researchers.
