摘要
采用配有FPD检测器的毛细管气相色谱仪同时测定了蔬菜中乐果、久效磷、敌敌畏、水胺硫磷和克线磷五种有机磷农药的残留量.结果表明供试的五种农药在14min内得到了良好的分离,其添加回收率在99.44%-112.69%之间,相对标准偏差在1.06%-4.17%之间,最低检出限分别是0.016μg/g、0.02μg/g、0.004μg/g、0.08μg/g和0.008μg/g.该方法准确、快速、重现性、回收率好,不仅适用于蔬菜中农药残留分析,而且还可用于水果中农药残留的分析,完全符合实际工作的需要.
Gas chromatograph equipped with flame photometric detector (FPD) was used to measure residues of five organophosphorus pesticides: dimethoate, onocrotophos, dichlorvos, isocarbophos and fenamephos in vegetables. Five kinds of organophosphorous pesticides were easily separated within 14 minutes with recovery rate ranging from 99.44 to 112.69% with relative standard deviation ranges from 1.06% to 4.17% and detection limits of 0.016, 0.02, 0.004, 0.08 and 0.008 μg/g for the five pesticides respectively. Due to its accuracy, rapidity, good reproducibility and recovery, this method can be applied to the pesticide residue analysis of both fruits and vegetables.
