摘要
探究了用HPLC法测定蒙药阿嘎日-8中没食子酸的方法:色谱柱:Hypcrsil C18ODS(4.6mm×250mm,10μL),流动相为乙腈-水-乙酸(体积比为5:95:0.02),流速为1.0 m L·min-1,检测波长为273nm,柱温为32℃.没食子酸在(0.35~1.40)mg·m L-1范围内线性关系良好(y=8.7E+06x-137675,r=0.9999),平均回收率93.79%(RSD=0.48%).该方法可用于植物药、粮食、饲料、食品中测定没食子酸含量的方法.
High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) separation was performed on Hypcrsil C18 ODS(4.6mm × 250 mm,10μL),The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water-phosphate(The volume ratio of 5 :95: 0.02). The flow rate was 1.0 m L·min-1,the detection wavelength was 273 nm,the column temperature was32 ℃. Gallic acid showed a good linear relationship(y = 8.7E + 06x-137675,r = 0.9999)in the range of 0.35 ~1.40mg·m L-1,and the average recovery rate was 93.79%(RSD = 0.48%). The HPLC method can also be applied to determine the content of Gallic acid in herbal medicine,grain,fodder and food.
