摘要
以蓝盆花种子为试验材料,采用不同浓度NaCl溶液(0,0.15%,0.3%,0.45%和0.6%)对蓝盆花种子进行胁迫,通过对发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数及幼苗胚根和胚芽生长进行测定,分析NaCl胁迫对蓝盆花种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响.结果表明,随着NaCl胁迫浓度的升高,种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数呈逐渐降低的趋势.当NaCl浓度为0.3%时,种子发芽受到抑制,其中胚根生长的抑制大于胚芽,发芽时间延长.因此,蓝盆花种子能够忍耐的NaCl浓度约为0.3%.
To determine the effects of NaCl stress on Scabiosa seed germination and seedling growth, seeds were stressed at 0,0.15%,0.3%,0.45% and 0.6% NaCl Germination rate, germination potential, germination index, vigor index, length of seedling radicle and germ growth were measured. With the increase of NaCl concentration, germination rate, potential, and index and vigor index decreased. When NaCl stress concentration reached 0.3%, the seed germination was inhibited and the germination time prolonged. Therefore, the NaCl concentration of about 0.3% is fit for the growth of Scabiosa seeds.
