肝脏疾病的发病率和病死率均位居前列,其中肝纤维化是各种慢性肝脏疾病发展到终末期肝病的共同病理学基础,肝纤维化代偿期是可逆的病理过程,因此早期诊断该疾病对于病情的进展及转归均具有重要意义.目前,影像学检查在肝纤维化诊断方面具有越来越重要作用,本文系统回顾诊断肝纤维化较有前景的功能影像检查方法,分析各种方法的优势、局限性及相关进展.

The morbidity and mortality of liver disease is the top, wherein the liver fibrosis is a common pathological basis of various chronic liver diseases progression to end-stage. Compensatory liver fibrosis stage is reversible pathological process, so the early diagnosis has important implications for the progression and prognosis of this disease.Now imaging examination plays a more and more important role in the diagnosis of liver fibrosis. This paper systematically reviews the promising functional imaging methods and analyses the advantages, limitations and related progress of various methods.
