摘要
目的:探讨讨论法在临床护理带教的影响效果.方法:设立实验组和对照组分别用讨论法和传统方法授课、带教.通过实习结束时各项数据结果的对比进而得出结论.结果:实验组与对照组在学习氛围、作业完成情况、分析问题能力、语言表达能力、患者满意度、不良事件发生率、所在科室护理质量等方面对比都有显著差异(P<0.01).结论:讨论法对临床护理带教意义重大,能够有效提高带教质量.
Objective:To explore the effects of discussion method on clinical nursing teaching.Methods:The conclusion was obtained by comparing the practice results of experimental group and control group at the end of the internship.The experimental group applied discussion method,and the control group applied traditional method to give lessons and teach.Results:There were significant difference(P<0.01)between the experimental group and the control group in learning atmosphere,work performance,analysis problem ability,language competence,patients' satisfaction,occurrence rate of adverse event,and nursing quality in the department.Conclusion:The discussion method can effectively improve the teaching quality,and has important meanings for clinical nursing teaching.
