Study on Application of measurement of sequence in PSD in the high- rise elevator guide rail unevenness

根据电梯导轨不平顺度的检测要求,提出一种基于位置敏感传感器(PSD)的高层电梯导轨不平顺度测量系统,使用激光准直技术和现代传感器技术,实现了对电梯导轨台阶、弯曲、失调等参数的测量,应用Labview软件编写上位机程序,对采集到的数据进行处理,显示,保存。对保存的数据进行处理,得到导轨的不平顺度,并显示出来,以便导轨的安装于检修。

According to the requirements of elevator guide rail irregularity detection,put forward a kind of position sensitive detector( PSD) based on the high- riseelevator guide rail unevenness measurement system using laser collimation technology and modern? sensor technology,the realization of the elevator guide rail bench,bending and offset parameters measurement,the application of Labview software on the PC program,acquisition the data processing,display,save. To process the stored data,get the rail irregularities,and displayed,so as to guide the installation to maintenance.
