摘要
本文对变换炉开车引气过程催化剂超温的因素进行分析,并具体结合Co-Mo系耐硫变换催化剂在壳牌煤制氢变换装置中的开车实践,提出对变换装置开车引气过程,催化剂床层温度有效控制措施。
The factors which caused catalyst overtemperature when leading gas to shift converter were analyzed in the article.Combined with Co-Mo sulfur-resistant shift catalyst practical experience in Shell shift unit of coal-based hydrogen preparation,effective measures to control temperature of catalyst bed in shif unit when leading gas were proposed.
