水平井扶正与封隔装置的研制

摘要 随着吉林油田水平井的增多及油藏非均质性因素影响,为补充地层能量或提高对水平段的认识,地质上需要对水平井进行多段分隔。因水平井管柱受重力效应和水平拐点的影响,导致水平井管柱存在着"分不开、起不出"等问题。通过设计与试验,研制出一种可重复扶正并可强制解封的新型水平井液压扶正器,同时优化设计一种可逐级解封的水平井用Y341封隔器。该扶正与封隔装置可用于水平段的分层注水、分段测试等各类工艺措施,能够实现工具居中、可靠封隔、安全起出,提高了措施的安全性与有效性。 With the increase in the number of horizontal wells in Jilin Oilfield and the influence of reservoir heterogeneity factors,there needs more geologic multistage separation on horizontal wells to complement formation energy and improve understanding of horizontal section.For tubing string in horizontal wells is affected by the gravity and the effect of level inflection point,it leads to some problems of tubing string in horizontal wells,such as it can not be parted and pulled out.Through design and experiments,a new repeatable and forced to unlock horizontal hydraulic centralizer was developed.At the same time,Y341 packer which can be unlocked step by step for horizontal wells is optimally designed.The centralizer and packer device can be used in the horizontal section of injection,testing and other kinds of technological measures.It can center the tools,make packers reliable and the pulling out safe.It can improve the safety and effectiveness of the measures.
