摘要
七东区砾岩油藏聚合物驱地面系统采用集中配液、一泵多井工艺流程,井间压力差异大、复配注入调控难度大。为了客观评价地面系统各环节的粘度粘失,采用"节点推进法"检测,分熟化罐、螺杆泵、过滤器、柱塞泵、母液调节器、静态混合器、井口等7个节点逐级同步取样测试,减少聚合物产品质量、浓度波动等因素的干扰,获得较准确的粘损数据,取得了新的认识。
By adopting the method of centralized distribution of liquid pump,a multi well process the ground system drive and seven East glutenite reservoir polymer,pressure difference between the compound injection wells,it is difficult to control.In order to each link of the objective evaluation of ground system viscosity viscous loss,using ' node advance' method,the basis of tank outlet,screw pump outlet,outlet of the filter,the pour plug pump outlet,the mother liquor regulator outlet,the static mixer outlet,wellhead 7nodes gradually synchronous sampling test,interference reduction of polymer product quality,concentration fluctuation factors such as the viscosity loss data obtained accurately,a new understanding is obtained.
