摘要 蜡裹电缆堆积卡和电泵机组套变卡是潜油电泵井修井作业中最难处理的技术难题。为解决这一难题,本文对电泵井的卡阻原因进行了详细的分析,并提出小油管化蜡技术和聚能切割技术。小油管化蜡技术能够有效沟通油套环形空间,洗掉环空内的硬蜡、死蜡。聚能切割技术以测井电缆为载体能够成功实现卡点以上油管与电缆同步切割,大大地缩短了电泵井的大修施工周期。现场试验证明,这两项技术能够有效解决蜡裹电缆堆积和电泵机组套变卡的问题,完善了电泵井的修井技术,提高了电泵井的修复率。 Wax-coated cable stacking stuck and ESP stuck caused by casing deformation are the most difficult problems to deal with in ESP well workover.To solve these significant technical problems,in this paper,based on a detailed analysis of the stuck reasons,slim tubing wax-melting technic and jet cutting technic are proposed.By using slim tubing wax-melting technic,casing tubing annulus can be breakthrough effectively after the hard and irremovable wax being cleared.Assisted by logging cable,tubing and ESP cable over stuck point can be cut synchronously by using jet cutting technic.Field test proved that the construction cycle was shortened greatly and repair rate of ESP well can be improved because of using these technics.
