摘要
井下常规解卡技术包括震击、悬吊、泡酸、磨铣、倒扣等方法。当落鱼经切割、套铣处理,仍处于硬卡且扣紧状态时,打捞作业往往因修井机提拉负荷、倒扣扭矩接近极限而无法成功。为此,文章提供一种套铣接箍松扣解卡的方法,通过采用特殊设计套铣头,同时搭配母锥形成套铣打捞一体化工具,在塔河油田T820(K)井的实际应用中,安全、高效地打捞出了复杂大直径落鱼。
In wells,the conventional remove sticking technology including shocking,Soaking acid,milling,sub-commission,etc.When falling fish by cutting and milling,which are still in a state of clamping,the salvage often cannot succeed,because of workover rig closing to the limit of the lift load and the torque.To the end,the article provides a set of remove sticking methods.The integration tools including special designed milling and die collar,which salvaging out of the complex fish safely and efficiently,in tahe oilfieldwell T820(K).
