摘要
为了考察聚合物表面活性剂(简称"聚表剂"下同)粘弹性的影响因素,通过动态剪切实验,从"聚表剂"微观结构的角度系统考察了"聚表剂"质量浓度,电解质类型及剪切时间对粘弹性的影响规律。实验结果表明,"聚表剂"溶液存在"临界质量浓度",低于"临界质量浓度"时,体系粘弹性明显增加,而超过该质量浓度时,粘弹性增幅较小;NaCl和NaOH的加入使得"聚表剂"溶液的粘弹性明显下降,而Na2CO3的加入则影响较小;剪切时间对"聚表剂"溶液的粘弹性影响很小。
Based on dynamic shearing tests,the influential factors of viscoelasticity of active polymer such as active polymer mass concentration,type of electrolyte,temperature and shearing time are systematically investigated respectively with respect to microstructure.The results show that viscoelasticity of active polymer obviously increases with increasing active polymer mass concentration below the critical polymer surfactant mass concentration,however,the increase amplitude decreases above the critical polymer surfactant mass concentration;the addition of NaCl and NaOH to active polymer make viscoelasticity obvious decrease,while that of Na2CO3 has little effect on viscoelasticity;the shearing time has little effect on viscoelasticity of active polymer.
