摘要
酸性汽提水含有一定浓度的硫化物,直接补入冷却水系统会引起严重的电化学腐蚀。本文就去除汽提水中的硫化物,提出了一种有效的处理技术GeneroxTM CTR,该技术可以在线产生ClO2,利用氧化法去除酸性汽提水中的硫化物,降低循环水硫化物含量。本文通过实验室模拟评估了GeneroxTM CTR对硫化物的去除率以及对缓蚀的影响;同时在工厂现场应用该技术,汽提水硫化物去除率达到93%。
Sulfide in water can cause severe electrochemical corrosion.The cooling system of Natural Gas Plant contained a level of sulfide due to industrial material leakage,make up water introduction,etc.The existence of sulfide will affect the cooling system and finally aggravate the corrosion of the system.This article aimed to introduce a new pretreatment technology-GeneroxTM CTR to remove sulfide in cooling water on the basis of conducting a site investigation to find out the root source of sulfide.The new technology which used the principle of oxidation would generate ClO2 under water and react with sulfide in water directly.It could control sulfide content in cooling water from root source.In the article,lab simulation experiment is conducted to show the sulfide removal efficiency and anti-corrosion ability of the new technology.Meantime,field application with this technology is also applied to compare the sulfide content before and after treatment.
