克拉玛依油田KHW801水平井钻井液技术

摘要 新疆准噶尔盆地西北缘克拉玛依油田五区KHW801水平井钻井液维护难度大,尤其是钻遇的百口泉组、乌尔禾组地层稳定差,极易垮塌掉块及水化分散。本文通过对上述复杂地层的不稳定特征进行分析,提出了加强抑制性、降低失水、提高封堵能力、合理控制密度、控制环空流态及强化工程配套措施等钻井液技术对策。实钻表明,本水平井钻井液技术保障措施实施成效显著,在实钻中井壁较为稳定,基本无垮塌和掉快,平均井径扩大率小,并满足了电测、下套管、固井等工序顺利施工的要求。 Drilling fluid maintenance of horizontal well KHW801 is difficult the northwestern margin of junggar basin,xinjiang karamay oil field five area,especially the drill in the mouth springs,ur grain group formation stability is poor,easy to collapse and falling hydration dispersion.This article through to the unstable characteristics of complex strata were analyzed,and put forward to strengthen inhibitory,reduce water loss,improve the ability of block,reasonable density,control annulus flow pattern and strengthening engineering supporting measures such as drilling fluid technology countermeasure.Real drilling shows that,the horizontal well drilling fluid technology to implement effective safeguards,in the real drilling borehole wall is relatively stable,basic no collapse and drop quickly,the average hole enlargement rate is small,and can meet the electric logging,casing and cementing smooth construction process requirements.
