摘要
固相微萃取技术一项集萃取、浓缩、解吸和进样于一体的样品前处理技术,具有灵敏度高、有机溶剂用量少、操作简单和能与各种检测设备进行联用等优点。本文从工作原理、萃取流程、萃取模式、萃取装置和应用等方面对固相微萃取技术进行介绍。
Solid phase micro extraction technology a set of extraction,concentration,desorption and sample in front of one of the sample processing technology,with high sensitivity,organic solvent less dosage,simple operation and with a variety of testing equipment,combined with the advantages of.In this paper,the technology of solid phase extraction is introduced from the aspects of working principle,extraction process,extraction mode,extraction device and application.
