摘要
液固两相流对管道的冲蚀磨损是石化行业中经常发生的一种管道失效方式。本文采用Fluent中的DPM模型对某炼厂的石化管线进行数值模拟研究,得到了液固两相流条件下整体管线的冲蚀速率分布,并对不同位置的局部管件冲蚀速率进行了分析。模拟结果表明:该管线中盲三通盲管和支管相贯线区域最容易发生冲蚀破坏。本文的研究结果可为工程实际中冲蚀检测提供准确的布点指导。
Erosion Leaking caused by liquid-solid flow is a failure form frequently occurred in a petroleum refining industry.In this paper,a numerical simulation study on liquid-solid flow erosion was investigated for an oil pipeline using the DPM model.The?magnitudes of erosion rate are calculated to represent the risk of pipeline erosion.At the same time the erosion rate ofthe pipeline components wereanalyzed according to erosion rate contour diagram.The results show that the maximum erosion rate is located in the intersecting line of blind tee exports.The results can be used to guide the operation of the oil pipeline.
