摘要
连续油管卷绕弯曲是导致疲劳破坏的关键因素,本文通过分析连续油管作业过程,建立连续油管卷绕弯曲的疲劳预测分析模型,实例计算了A-606材质的连续油管疲劳寿命,同时对滚筒半径、外径影响连续油管疲劳寿命的因素进行敏感性分析,当滚筒半径超过1.5m,滚筒半径的增加对提高连续油管使用寿命没有意义。在外径相同的条件下,增加油管壁厚对提高油管卷绕弯曲的循环次数实际意义不大。
Coiling and bending of coiled tubing is the key factor of fatigue damage.In this paper,through the analysis of coiled tubing operation process,fatigue life prediction analysis model of coiled tubing is established,the calculation of the coiled tubing fatigue life of A-606 material,as well as the roller radius,outer diameter of the factors affecting the service life of the coiled tubing fatigue sensitivity analysis,when the roller radius more than 1.5m,the increase of the radius of roller for prolonging the service life of coiled tubing does not make sense.In diameter under the same conditions,to increase the wall thickness to improve oil tubing coiling the cycles of no practical significance.
