摘要
针对钻井作业过程中出现的内井喷事故,设计了旋塞自动抢装装置。当井内流体从钻杆内孔喷出时,该装置能够在钻杆接箍上自动安装旋塞阀,通过关闭旋塞阀制止内井喷事故。旋塞自动抢装装置主要由移动底盘、生根系统、对扣系统、自适应浮动系统、位移补偿系统、卡紧系统和旋扣系统组成。各系统采用液压驱动的方式顺序动作,提高了旋塞抢装作业的安全性与可靠性。
Automatic assembling device for cock was designed for the blowout accident occurred in the drilling process.When the fluid in the well is ejected from the bore of the drill pipe,the device can automatically install the plug valve on the drill pipe joint,and the internal blowout accident can be prevented by closing the plug valve.Automatic grab device was mainly composed of mobile chassis,rooting system,thread centering system,adaptive floating system,displacement compensation system,clamping system and screwing system.The system use the way of hydraulic drive in order to improve the safety and reliability.
