摘要
分析了油田采出水的成因、危害及分类。通过对陶瓷材料表面进行改性,选用D2型疏油性陶瓷材料作为粗粒化填料,C7型亲油性陶瓷材料作为滤料,利用由混凝沉降——粗粒化——精细过滤流程构成的一体化处理装置某油田油田采油废水进行处理,油份去除率达到98%,悬浮物去除率达到95.4%。
Analyzes the cause,harm and classification of oilfield produced water.Modified on the surface of a ceramic material,the type selection of D2 oleophobic property of ceramic materials as coarse graining packing,C7 lipophilicity ceramic material as filter material,using by coagulation sedimentation,coarse graining,fine filtering process integration processing equipment consisting of a certain oil field oil field waste water processing,oil removal rate reached 98%,suspended solids removal rate reached 95.4%.
