摘要
结合GE公司水煤浆加压气化技术,其包头煤化工气化装置共设置7台气化炉,5开2备。本文从以下几个方面介绍气化炉相关知识:工艺烧嘴、气化炉炉砖、气化炉排水等,从基础知识得出相关措施,进一步提升气化炉安稳长满优运行。
Combined with pressurized gasification technology of GE coal water slurry,A total of 7 sets of gasifier are installed in Baotou coal chemical gasification plant,5 open,2 ready.This article introduces the relevant knowledge of gasifier from the following aspects:Process burner、Gasifier brick、Gasifier,drainage,etc,Draw relevant measures from basic knowledge,Further enhance the gasification furnace stable,long and excellent operation.
