Cementing Technology of Drill-free Two Stage for Complex Absorption wells in Yong 13-2

永13-2井是江苏油田一口定向采油井,在钻井过程中发生多次严重井漏。针对该井油管固井存在漏失风险大、封固段长、井眼不规则和井壁虚泥饼等固井难点。根据江苏区块19口井分级箍固井实际应用情况,选择分级固井工艺,降低环空液柱压力;优选免钻分级箍工具;合理选择分级箍安放位置和水泥浆体系,结合通井措施,确保了井眼清洁,套管安全顺利下入、固井安全施工和良好的固井质量。同时,也对固井施工中存在的问题进行了简要分析。本井免钻分级固井技术的成功实施为漏失复杂井固井作业提供了参考。

Yong13-2 well is a directional oil well in jiangsu oilfield,there were many serious leaks during the drilling process.To solve cementing diffculities,such as big risk of leakage,long cementing length,wellbore irregular and thick mud cake,According to the practical application of the classification of the 19 wells in the Jiangsu oilfield,the graded cementing process is selected to reduce the pressure of the annular liquid column.The free-drill hoop is selected,the reasonable selection of the hoop placement and the cement slurry system,we achieved that the wellbore clean,casing safety,cementing construction safety and good cementing quality.At the same time,the problems existing in cementing construction are briefly analyzed.The successful implementation of the two-stage cementing technology of drill-free provides a reference for the absorption wells.
