压裂用助排剂表(界)面张力检测影响因素分析

摘要 通过分析实验室测定助排剂表(界)面张力的原理,确定了检测助排剂表(界)面张力时的5种影响因素:检测仪器、检测方法、检测温度、水质、煤油介质;根据5种因素的作用机理,提出了K100型全自动表面界面张力仪操作过程中的注意事项,为准确检测助排剂的表(界)面张力提供经验规律。 In this study,five factors that influence the detection of surface(interfacial)tension of discharge aiding agents for fracturing purpose were determined,including the instruments,detection methods,detection temperature,water quality and the kerosene medium.Based on the functioning mechanisms of these five factors,key points were proposed for the operation of Tensiometer K100.Our study provides helpful experience and guidance for the detection of surface(interfacial)tension of discharge aiding agents for fracturing purpose.
