应急封井系统研究

摘要 应急封井系统是一种完全独立于防喷器主控制系统的紧急备用系统,当防喷器主控制系统失效或21MPa液压油无法关闭剪切闸板防喷器时,应急封井系统能够独立快速提供28MPa的高压液压油剪切钻杆,避免井喷井涌的发生。作为二次干预手段,应急封井系统对井口安全意义重大。介绍了应急封井系统的工作原理及结构组成,调研了国内外现状,对比了封井系统的独立性、响应时间、可靠性及智能化,为今后应急封井系统的设计开发提供了参考。 Emergency shut off system is a completely independent of the bop control system of main emergency system,when the main bop control system failure or 21 MPa hydraulic oil cannot be closed when the shear ram bop,emergency shut off system can quickly provide independently 28 MPa high-pressure hydraulic shear drill pipe,avoid the happening of well blowout chung.As a secondary intervention,the emergency closure system is of great significance to the safety of the well.This paper introduces the working principle of emergency shut off system and structure,researched the status quo at home and abroad,compared the stripper system independence,response time,reliability and intelligent,provides reference for the design and development of emergency shut off system in the future.
