摘要
对埋地液态CO_2管线温度分布的影响因素进行分析,将管输过程的水力热力系统视为准稳态,考察轴向温度的分布规律。求解PR方程获得不同压力、温度条件下,液态CO_2的密度、比热、导热系数的分布规律;采用分段计算和迭代求解的方法,求解列宾宗温降公式,不断迭代,直至计算出管道末端的温度。结果表明:相同距离时,夏季低温液态CO_2管道沿线温度上升幅度大,而冬季温升幅度小;沿线温升随流量的增加而减慢,随管道起点温度的降低而加快;夏季管道埋深越大温升越小,而冬季管道埋深越大温升越大。
The study analyzed the influence factors of temperature distribution on buried liquid CO_2 pipeline.By regarding the hydraulic thermal system of pipeline transportation as the quasi-steady state,The axial temperature distribution was studied.After sovling the PR equation under different pressure and temperature conditions,the density,the specific heat and the heat conductivity coefficient distributions of liquid CO_2 was obtained.Using piecewise calculation and iterative solution methods to solve the leapienzon formula,and it helps to calculate the temperature of the pipe ends.The study showed that when the distance were the same,the temperature of liquid CO_2 pipelines changes greater in summer and smaller in winter.The temperature rising speed could be slowed down by increasing flow rate,and could be speeded up by lowering the pipeline starting point temperature.The study also found that in summer the deeper depth of pipeline was,the smaller the temperature rised.Conversely,in winter the deeper depth of pipeline was,the greater the temperature rised.
