摘要
低成本高效钻头的设计和应用是降低页岩气钻井成本的有效技术手段之一,其设计应从剖面轮廓、稳定性、切削结构、水力结构等方面入手并优化,以达到钻速、进尺、成本三者的最优匹配。采用上述思路设计的HD6631Y型PDC钻头为6刀翼胎体钻头,采用中内锥、直线-圆弧-圆弧-直线型剖面轮廓,切削齿根据不同部位采用高低端混布方式,主、副切削齿采用同轨布齿。钻头在仁页1井应用,进尺600.07m,平均机械钻速5.75m/h,两项指标均有大幅提高,且钻头成本低。该钻头的设计和应用对页岩气钻头的选用有一定指导和借鉴作用。
The design and application of low-cost efficient bit is one of the most effective technical methods to decrease the cost of shale gas drilling.In order to achieve the best matches of footage,penetration,and cost,its design and optimization should include the design of profile,stability,cutting structure,and hydraulic structure.Following the above ideas,HD6631 YPDC bit is a 6 blade bit,with the inner cone and linear-arc-circular arc-linearsection contour.The main and deputy cutter adopts way of rail with teeth,using 16 mm and 13 mm Polycrystalline Diamond Compact respectively,and with a total number of86.This bit was applied in the Ren Ye 1 well,with a footage of 600.07 m,an average rate of penetration5.75 m/h,both parameters have greatly increased when compared with other bits,meanwhile,the drilling cost is decreased.The design and application of this bit provides certain guidance and reference for shale gas drilling bit selection.
