深水水下生产系统除砂技术

摘要 水下生产系统作为开发深水油气田的重要技术手段,在海底进行分离、回注等集输工艺的同时,还需要解决积砂问题。目前国外已有7类水下生产系统投入运行,其海底分离器所采用的除砂方案不尽相同,据此归纳出卧式容器类分离器、立式容器类分离器、管式分离器的除砂工艺与砂处理方式,并介绍了TORE、在线除砂器等紧凑、高效除砂设备的工作原理,为国内相关人员开展水下生产系统相关装备的研发提供思路。 As an important technology to develop deep water oil and gas fields,subsea production systems need to solve the problem of sand accumulation as well as separation and reinjection.There was 7 kinds of subsea production system had been put into operation with different sand removal process.This paper summarized the sand handing experience in horizontal vessel separator,vertical vessel separator,pipe separator,and introduced the working principle of sand equipment which are compact and efficient,such as TORE and inline desander.All these information can be referred as guidance for the domestic relevant staff to carry out the research of subsea production system.
