摘要
针对现有的金相侵蚀剂对经过长期高温高压运行后的电站锅炉用18-8型铬镍奥氏体不锈钢受热面管的侵蚀效果不佳,研究一种专用的金相侵蚀剂及侵蚀方法,能够将经过长期高温高压运行后的18-8型铬镍奥氏体不锈钢受热面管的晶界、在奥氏体晶粒内部和晶界上出现的化物M23C6和金属间化合物σ相等奥氏体晶粒析出相、严重过热老化后晶界上出现的蠕变孔洞等形貌特征显示清楚,侵蚀速度容易控制,具备一定化学抛光作用,配制方便,配方简单,使用安全的金相侵蚀剂。
The existing optical erosion agent of erosion effect was not good to 18-8 Cr-Ni austenitic stainless steel tube of power plant boiler of the long time of high temperature and high pressure the operation.A kind of special metallurgical agent of erosion and erosion method was researched which can erode the microstructure of 18-8 Cr-Ni austenitic stainless steel tube of power plant boiler of the long time of high temperature and high pressure the operation,grain boundary in austenite grain interior and grain boundary on the compound M23 C6 and intermetallic compound austenitic grain precipitatedσphase,serious overheating after aging creep holes that appear on grain boundary,easy to control erosion rate,have a certain chemical polishing effect,convenient preparation,formula is simple,the use of safe metallographic etchant.
