摘要
本文介绍了为满足陆地和水下防喷器组起吊的不同需求,介绍了4种不同结构的起吊运输装置结构,这4种结构包括板式起吊装置、L型起吊装置、翻转型起吊装置和悬重梁起吊装置;对四种结构装置进行有限元计算,确定了应力较大的区域;依据各标准和实际应用情况,建议在设计校核时,安全系数为2.5。通过起吊装置结构特点及安全性的介绍,有益于现场使用者对起吊装置进行结构选择和检查维护。
The Article introduct four configure of lifting and transportation equipments which are board type,L type,reversal type and suspending type for various requirements in land and subsea condition.Finite element analysis is completed,high stress areas are pointed.In accordance with the requirement of standards and actual application,design safety ratio 2.5 is advised for strength check.Through the cogfigration and safety performance introduction,it will helpful to choice and examination of rig users.
