基于溶剂萃取法的类多面体光子晶体颗粒的制备及特性研究

摘要 本文利用萃取辅助微乳液法制备了类多面体结构的PS光子晶体颗粒,研究了PS悬浮液浓度和萃取速率对光子晶体颗粒形貌和质量的影响。样品的SEM图像表明,随着萃取速率的增大,制备的光子晶体颗粒的形貌逐渐由球形向类多面体变化,且颗粒表面的PS微球排列有序度提高。同时通过测量光子晶体的反射谱发现,类多面体结构的光子晶体的光谱反射率比球形光子晶体反射率高,这进一步说明类多面体结构的光子晶体颗粒具有更高的晶体质量。 In this paper,the polyhedron-shaped photonic crystal particles were prepared by the extraction-assisted microemulsion method,and the morphology and optical properties of the polyhedronshaped photonic crystal particles which prepared under different mass fractions of PS aqueous suspensions and different extraction rate were studied.The SEM images showed that the larger the extraction rate and the smaller the mass fraction,the more prominent the polyhedral structure of the prepared photonic crystals,and the better the assembly quality.Reflectance spectra show that the polyhedron-shaped photonic crystals have higher reflectivity than spherical structures and have better optical properties.
