超低浓度瓜胶强交联压裂液体系在东胜气田的应用研究

摘要 为了降低配制压裂液所使用的羟丙基瓜胶数量及压裂液残渣对人工裂缝导流能力的伤害,本文从储层改造需求出发,通过对低浓度瓜胶强交联压裂液的研究及其性能评价,形成了适合于东胜气田储层改造需求的低浓度瓜胶强交联压裂液配方。室内实验表明:当瓜胶质量分数为0.3%时,该低浓度瓜胶强交联压裂液在100℃、170s^(-1)的剪切速率下经过120min耐温剪切,粘度保持在130mPa.s以上。与常规瓜胶压裂液相比,残渣含量明显降低,携砂性能明显提高。截止目前,该低浓度瓜胶强交联压裂液体系在东胜气田累计施工4井次,破胶后返排液粘度小于5mPa.s,取得了较好的增产效果。 In order to reduce the amount of hydroxypropyl guacamol used in the preparation of fracturing fluid and the damage of fracturing fluid residue to artificial fracture diversion ability,from the perspective of reservoir transformation demand,based on the research and performance evaluation of strong crosslinked fracturing fluid system with low concentration guar gum,the formula of strong crosslinked fracturing fluid with low concentration guar gum which is suitable for needs of the reservoir reconstruction in Dongsheng gas field is formed.Laboratory experiments show that when the mass fraction of melon gel is0.3%,under 100 ℃,170 s^(-1) after shearing 120 min,the viscosity of low concentration guacamole can keep above 130 mPa.s.Compared with conventional guac fracturing fluid,the residue content is obviously decreased and the sand carrying capacity is improved obviously.Up to now,strong crosslinked fracturing fluid with low concentration guar gum has been used for four wells in Dongsheng gas field,and the viscosity of the backflow solution is less than 5 mPa.s,which has achieved good stimulation effect.
