摘要
随着钻井作业环境的不断变化,使用管柱的级别越来越高,对剪切闸板的剪切能力提出了越来越高的要求。在作业过程中,提出了带井压剪切大直径大壁厚高冲击功管柱的要求。为提高防喷器的剪切能力,在原有闸板防喷器的基础上串联一个增力缸,可提高了剪切力60%~100%,通过不同工况下剪切数据对比,带增力缸防喷器的剪切能力远高于普通防喷器。为提高钻井作业安全,建议在井压较高、管柱强度级别较高和壁厚较大的井口,采用带增力液缸防喷器。
With drilling working condition is change,higher class drill pipe is used,higher shearing capacity is required for shearing ram.During work,User require shearing ram to shear larger diameter and thickness,and higher impact value under well pressure.In order to improve the shearing ability,a tandem booster is adopted on the normal BOP,shearing force is higher sixty to one hundred percent than no booster.Through shearing data under different condition,Shearing capacity of BOP with booster is stronger than no booster.In order to improve the safe of drilling,BOP with tandem booster is advised for higher well pressure and higher strength class,larger thickness drill pipe etc.
