摘要
针对油田常用的三胶筒封隔器的密封单元,分析了三个胶筒的硬度组合对密封性能影响,利用ANSYS仿真软件中的零阶方法进行密封结构的优化对常规胶筒的的结构尺寸进行了优化分析。研究结果表明上下胶筒与中胶筒的硬度差越大,密封性能越好;对常规胶筒的尺寸进行优化结果表明,优化前后中胶筒的最大接触应力增加了约30%,优化效果明显;同时分析了带有半圆孔、三角孔和异形孔的不同中胶筒结构对封隔器密封性能的影响,结果表明中胶筒开孔的封隔器的密封性能比常规中胶筒封隔器密封效果好,综合考虑密封效果和安全性,中胶筒开半圆孔的封隔器的性能最优。
According to the sealing unit of the three rubber tube isolator used in oil field,the influence of the hardness combination of three rubber tube on the sealing performance is analyzed.The results show that the greater the hardness difference between the upper and lower cylinders,the better the sealing performance.The optimization results show that the maximum contact stress increases by about 30 % before and after the optimization.At the same time,the influence of the structure of the tube on the sealing performance of the isolator is analyzed.The result shows that the sealing performance of the isolator with the semicircle orifice is better than that of the conventional one.
